Event Description:

In this action-oriented and interactive session, Jessica will guide you through a process to find the intersection between what your business needs and what motivates you the most.  By identifying those key areas for your own development that are directly tied to your business priorities, you can have the biggest impact on your own growth AND the growth of your business.  We will translate your goals into behaviors and habits you feel excited to put into practice to make your aspirations a reality!

Jessica designed this program after working with hundreds of people who were frustrated by working on goals that didn’t quite hit the mark, didn’t excite them, and/or just felt like more work.  This program builds on techniques Jessica learned in training with Marshall Goldsmith, one of the world’s most successful executive coaches, David Cooperrider, the founder of Appreciative Inquiry, and many amazing colleagues and clients.

Supplies:  None.

Cause:

Programs in the Grow Yourself! series combine the work of learning and developing yourself with the joy and fulfillment of giving back- to the earth, to a good cause, to a group doing good work.

In this class, a portion of the registration fee will also be donated to

Mercy for Animals.

Bio & Website:

Jessica spent the first 20 years of her career working with people and organizations to help individuals identify and reach their potential, and to align their careers with their values and aspirations.  She helps groups identify their strategic direction and priorities, and supports the people on the team in working together most effectively. Much of her work is rooted in enhancing self esteem (your own and others’!) to deepen productive relationships.

In 2017, Jessica came to Kingston, NY to work on bringing the dream of the idea garden to life with her partner Matt Taylor, including offering programs like this one to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and others doing good work in the Hudson Valley.

Jess is an avid traveler, crossword puzzler, cook, knitter, and cyclist.  She and her dog Maggie are also a certified therapy team. You can read more about her here.

Here is the open html block for the post…  I could probably format it around the image but ideally it would just live as a linear list of info.
