Event Description:

In this action-oriented and interactive session, Jessica will guide you through a process to find the intersection between what your business needs and what motivates you the most.  By identifying those key areas for your own development that are directly tied to your business priorities, you can have the biggest impact on your own growth AND the growth of your business.  We will translate your goals into behaviors and habits you feel excited to put into practice to make your aspirations a reality!

Jessica designed this program after working with hundreds of people who were frustrated by working on goals that didn’t quite hit the mark, didn’t excite them, and/or just felt like more work.  This program builds on techniques Jessica learned in training with Marshall Goldsmith, one of the world’s most successful executive coaches, David Cooperrider, the founder of Appreciative Inquiry, and many amazing colleagues and clients.

Supplies:  None.

Cause:

Programs in the Grow Yourself! series combine the work of learning and developing yourself with the joy and fulfillment of giving back- to the earth, to a good cause, to a group doing good work.

In this class, a portion of the registration fee will also be donated to

Mercy for Animals.
