Drop by any time from 1:00-3:00 to talk with local educator, quilter, and community member Karen Ranney for this exploration of African American quilt traditions. She’ll be sharing her knowledge, clips from a documentary on the topic, and will also be giving away some quilting fabric.

We are thrilled that special guest Sonia Terri Gittens will also present an excerpt from her original play, “Sweet Nightmares of the Yellow Quilt.”
